About this book
Nudge argues that no choice reaches people in a neutral form, and that how options are presented changes what gets chosen. The book presents choice architecture, a concept its authors invented, as a way to help people decide better for themselves, their families and society. The final edition was rewritten from cover to cover, drawing on the authors dozen years in and out of government and new research across academic disciplines. The examples span COVID-19, health, personal finance and retirement savings, along with mortgages, organ donation, medical care and climate change.
